Meet Kirsten
Kirsten is the founder and owner of Kirsten Trussell Coaching and Consultancy. She is a consultant, trainer and globally certified professional coach.
Kirsten has lived and worked in and around Brighton and Hove for over thirty years. She is passionate about people, nature and wellbeing.
Her own transformational coaching journey helped her to take control of her menopause and to turn the challenges presented by midlife into a series of new ventures and adventures.
