Oliver Trailor, Managing Director - Runway Training, Kent

"We engaged with Kirsten to raise awareness of the menopause amongst the workforce and to start the conversation within our organisation. Her informative and engaging talk struck a chord with many staff, who recognised the struggle that many women face in juggling the demands of work, with the impact of coping with menopause symptoms. As a supportive employer, this talk is the start of a journey, and we can’t recommend Kirsten enough if you are looking to gain a deeper understanding in to this often ignored time in a women’s life, that can have a significant impact in the work place."
