It supports leaders to recognise what has changed, adapt how they lead, and continue to perform at a high level - without relying on unsustainable ways of working.
This programme addresses the impact of menopause on performance, decision-making, visibility, and retention at senior level.
TOGETHER
A six-month leadership group coaching programme for women navigating menopause while continuing to operate in senior roles.
TOGETHER supports participants to adapt how they lead, sustain performance, and retain a strong sense of identity and authority during a period of significant personal and professional change.
Delivered in a small, high-trust group, it combines practical tools with honest, experience-led conversation.
