What is coaching?

Professional coaching, often more specifically referred to as life coaching, is a series of focussed and dynamic conversations designed to move you forward in life. It is a supported journey which takes you out of your comfort zone into a place of stretch. It provides a safe space where you feel empowered to take the risks which will make change happen and allow you to reach your potential.
